Frequently asked questions.

Can’t find what you need?

Browse all help & FAQs
How do I choose a data bundle?

Bundles are organised by network, data allowance and price, so there is an option for your budget and the number you are buying for.

Which networks does ASHBA cover?

ASHBA offers affordable data across all networks: MTN, Telecel and AT (AirtelTigo).

How do WAEC result checkers work?

A result checker is a voucher with a serial number and PIN. Your customer or relative uses it with their examination details on the official WAEC portal to access their published results.

What is the MTN AFA service?

AFA offers call minutes and texts, with an option that includes data. Number verification and registration start in your ASHBA dashboard. Approval gives your MTN number access to AFA packages.

Which payment methods can I use?

ASHBA supports Mobile Money and debit or credit cards. Available payment options are shown with your order.

How do I become an agent?

An ASHBA agent account gives you access to selling tools and low buying prices. You set your retail prices and share your store with customers. The team provides support with account activation.

What if my order is delayed?

You can file a complaint about the order directly from your dashboard and receive the support team’s response there. This keeps your order issue and the response in one place.
